Option One - Contacting us by Text
To stop a subscription service simply reply STOP to the last billing message that you received.
If you have recently been using our portals to browse or download multiple items of content, then to stop receiving billing messages simply stop browsing or downloading from the portal!
To stop receiving promotional messages reply STOP ALL to the last message you received. Cost STD operator rate.
Option Two - Contacting us by email

In your email please include the mobile number you wish to query, along with your name, best contact number, and a short description of the problem. Our team will either reply to your email or contact you by telephone within 48 hours, during normal working hours.
If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving marketing promotions, simply include this in your email, and you will be removed from our database within 48 hours.
Option Three - Contact us by Telephone
Need to call us directly? Please contact our customer service team directly by dialling 0870 063 1180.
Lines are open Mon – Fri 7am – 11pm, Sat 7am – 7pm and Sun 7am – 10pm excluding Public Holidays.
We also operate an Out Of Hours automated line, on the above number. This allows you to either:
- Unsubscribe from services you are receiving.
- Leave a message for a member of our team to call your back.
Please note, all requests made on the Out Of Hours automated line will be processed within 48 hours.
Please do be patient, we operate one of the largest & most experienced in-house care teams, and will endeavour to respond to your query as soon as possible. Due to occasional peaks of demand, we cannot always offer immediate answers, but we guarantee a response within 48 hours.

Blue Stream Mobile operates a very wide range of consumer portals, offering a huge variety of content. Some content is offered free as an incentive for consumers to access and browse our portals however the majority of our content will incur some charge to the consumer.
All our services operate, and carry all applicable pricing, terms and conditions for usage of our services in accordance with the following:

- The Mobile Network Operators' Subscription Regulations
- The Mobile Network Operators' Code of Conduct
- The separate and individual Guidelines issued by each Mobile Network Operator individually.
- Rulings of the Advertising Standards Authority as applicable
