Option One - Contacting us by SMS

To stop a subscription service simply reply STOP to the last message that you received.

If you have recently been using our portals to browse or download multiple items of content, then to stop receiving billing messages simply stop browsing or downloading from the portal!

To stop receiving promotional messages reply STOP ALL to the last message you received. Cost STD operator rate.

Option Two - Contacting us by email

In your email please include the cell number you wish to query, along with your name, best contact number, and a short description of the problem. Our team will either reply to your email or contact you by telephone within 48 hours, during normal working hours.

If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving marketing promotions, simply include this in your email, and you will be removed from our database within 48 hours.

Option Three - Contact us by Telephone
